YBW 2007 WINNING TEAM WAS VISUASOUND SPONSORED BY THE SONOMA COUNTY OFFICE OF EDUCATION BOARD OF TRUSTEES.
YBW Status 4/4/2007
YBW 2007 registration is moving along quite rapidly... in fact more rapidly than we had originally imagined. Currently the program is 3/4 full and we anticipate a waiting list for this year's YBW. Each day's program is packed with great activities (see draft schedule) and we have lined up some fantastic presenters this year (see presentation schedule). All high schools from throughout Sonoma County have student representatives signed up to attend, and we've even had calls from as far away as Los Angeles with requests for students to attend this year's YBW. We are holding the student population this year to Sonoma County youth only. The possibility exists, as we broaden the program, to invite youth from other counties to join us in future years; however this year YBW is solely for Sonoma County Students.
We thank all of the students who have registered, your parents and/or guardians, and our funders for making YBW possible. We so appreciate the investment in today's youth and know that our YBW 2007 program participants, as have past YBW participants, will go out into the world and truly have a positive impact on the world.
